Kraig was born and raised Utah with ties to Hurricane City

He has lived in Washington County since he was three years old.  Kraig earned an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Dixie State University in 2002 and later earned his Bachelor's degree in 2011 with a dual major in Criminal Justice and Human Communication.  Kraig graduated from the Utah Police Academy in 2005.

 

Kraig has been working in law enforcement since 2005 and has been with Hurricane City since 2013.  He is a P.O.S.T. certified firearms instructor in both handgun and patrol rifle.  Kraig has been a certified Utah Concealed Firearms Instructor and taught Utah concealed firearms classes since 2011.  Kraig brings lots of expertise to this course and makes it fun and interactive for those who attend.
