Full Facility Rentals

 

Program Description: This is a rental of the entire Hurricane City Pool. It includes the use of all areas, outdoor mini-frig, gas grill, sink, counter space, and furniture.

Registration: April 17th

                           

Notes: Payment is required upon registration

           Select Dates Only

           Reservations MUST be made 14 days in advance

           Reservations will be reviewed for approval

Reserve: Call to book your reservations

Fee: $200 per rental of 2 hours and max. 200 people

Availability

Availability begins May 5 and is limited to Monday nights, Friday nights, Saturday nights, and Saturday mornings (some restrictions apply).  Due to weather concerns, from July to August reservations are subject to cancellations for storms, lightning, and weather that is not fitted for outdoor rentals. Rentals may reserve for a different day if the date is open but once the rental starts there are no refunds or transfers.

 

 

FULL FACILITY POOL RENTAL REFUND POLICY

-Participants who cancel for personal reasons and do so 14 days or more prior to the rental date will receive a refund of either:

a rental fee, minus a 15% processing fee for a check refund  

or  

100% rental fee back on Hurricane Recreation account.

-Participants who cancel for personal reasons and do so less than 14 days before the rental date will receive NO refunds.

-If there is bad weather or another unforeseen closure on the day of but before the rental time participants may:

reschedule with no additional fees

or

receive a refund of the rental fee minus a 15% deposit fee.

-If there is bad weather or another unforeseen closure happens once the rental begins, participants may choose to stay and continue the use of the grass and bbq areas or leave.

-There is NO refund given once the rental time begins.
